What you'll learn in this health class:
Be prepared to sweat and nod to the sounds of Om, Sleep, Hawkwind and the like.
Guided by a soundtrack of ethereal heavy jams, we'll embark on a vigorous hatha vinyasa practice enhanced by pranayama, mudra and other esoteric arts.
This unique 90 min. class is for adventurous souls who are not afraid of some heavy jams...the transformative and cathartic qualities of distortion, the trance inducing bass dirge, and the outer limits of exploratory space music.
