Description

Have you always dreamed of learning how to paint like a pro but just didn't know where to start? Well, you found it! In this 2-day course, we will learn extensive and practical knowledge of the fundamentals of faux finishing and decorative painting using products of unsurpassed quality. We will explore a wide variety of techniques and tips for creating stunning finishes with ease--and have lots of fun doing it! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional, this class will equip you with the skills to tackle your next painting project with confidence.
  • This course showcases 7 new and exciting finishes executed on large (18" X 24" or 24" X 24") styrene boards that you will leave with and can add to your portfolio!
  • In an effort to streamline these courses and utilize your precious time most effectively, much of the mindless prep-work will be completed for you. Basecoats, creating and mixing glaze "sauces", and clean-up will be carried out for you so your time is spent hands-on learning and experimenting, not prepping and cleaning!
Wear paint clothes. Our courses are hands on and paint seems to find its way in places you won't want it. Always make sure to arrive to class in either old or paint clothes so you do not damage nice or new clothing.

Refund Policy

More than 5 weeks notice:

  • In the event a student cancels with more than 5 weeks notice, deposits less a $50.00 administration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations 3-5 weeks notice:

  • In the event a student cancels between 3-5 weeks prior to the start of a class, deposits less a $100.00 administration and material fee will be refunded.
Less than 3 weeks notice:

  • In the event a student cancels with less than 3 weeks notice we require them to rollover their deposits, less a $100.00 administration fee, to a future course to be given within 12 months. If you do not attend another class within the specified time period, your deposit is forfeited. No cash refund will be given.
Faux Masters Studio reserves the right to cancel class due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled (due to low enrollment), students have the option of transferring their deposit to another scheduled class or requesting a deposit refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
