This all levels class help you discover and develop the more exotic side of pole dancing. Explore sensual movement on and off of the pole, sultry and seductive floorwork, and body isolations. Heels, knee pads, and leg warmers are highly recommended for this class. Note: This class may be 90 minutes and 2 people per pole.

Pole for all levels is a great class for those with some Pole experience and wants to be challenged with some more intense movements. The class will begin with beginner movements and work all the way to more advanced movements. This class is appropriate for beginners to advanced.
