Ring in the new year with an afternoon full of movement and intention setting.
After a yoga flow led by Sunscape Collective, create your own vision board to visualize and set your goals for the new year.
Materials to create your vision board include archival and contemporary magazines, construction paper, acrylic paint, paint markers, dried lavender, glue, and Mod Podge. You are welcome and encouraged to bring any materials from home that you would like to integrate.
Ticket includes yoga session and art materials for vision board workshop. BYO yoga mat.
