Loved the class and instructor! My husband and I had so much fun making and eating our sushi. We appreciated all the useful and fun facts provided. Would have been nice to enjoy a beer or saki with the sushi, an idea for another class? :) Thanks for the awesome class!

Very impressive and informal. Learned a lot form Chef Scott and the details involved in preparing Sushi. Hands on right down to the necessary details and culture of creating various types of Sushi. Very professional, answered the class questions and the outcome was AWSOME.
