Description

Whether you are outputting to print, video or web, Photoshop offers the tools you need for professional looking photographic images, composites, backgrounds, textures, text and special effects. Learn how to create original artwork using the painting tools, how to effectively composite images using the selection tools, and how to create multi-dimensional images by mastering the layers palette.

Other topics include retouching images, using measurement tools effectively, understanding resolution issues, and applying layer effects and basic filters.

Whether you’ve never tried Photoshop before, or you’ve picked up a few tricks along the way, this course will have you creating and editing images like a pro. This course is recommended as an introduction to digital image editing for graphic designers, editors and motion graphics artists.

Refund Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment in any course by providing notice to CourseHorse no less than 4 business days prior to the start time of the class.
Any cancellation received less than 4 business days prior to the start time of the class will result in the student being charged a $150 late cancellation fee.
"No-shows" will be charged the full published rate for the course and will receive no refund for any payments already made.

The center reserves the right to cancel any course at anytime for any reason, however, cancellations are usually made no less than 72 hours prior to the course start date. In the event of a cancellation by the center, students have the option of being rescheduled for another course date or receiving a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
