In our two hours we'll learn the simple rules of cocktails, what to mix, why to mix, when to mix, and how to mix. We'll learn the balance of sweet vs. sour, shaken vs. stirring, and how to order a drink correctly. You'll make three drinks but leave with the knowledge to make 20!
