Sabrina and her husband moved to The Woodlands from the UK in 2011 when his career elevated to the next level. Prior to that they lived together in a small town just outside of London, both working within the airline industry. Sabrina has an athletic background and a passion for dance and music. The move oversees prompted her to re-invent her life and she pursued a career in the fitness industry, becoming an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Sabrina enhanced her journey in 2015 by earning her 200hr RYT from Sara Turk at Cherry Blossom Yoga in Spring, TX. DEFINE first became a part of Sabrina's life in 2013 when she suffered an injury that left her unable to work out in the way she usually would. Seeing how accessible and effective this method is for people at all sorts of capability and fitness levels is what drove her to become a DEFINE instructor.
