Ginger has an extensive list of skills and experiences in the the world of Movement Arts. She has over 41 years of teaching that include Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Barre, Aerobics, Step, Ballet, Latin Dance. All this background gives Ginger a unique knowledge in which to draw upon.

Whether her students are young, old, beginner or advanced, Ginger has the ability to give a level appropriate class that is challenging, anatomically correct and safe for all students.
