PMI has imposed a set of guidelines to take up the PMP examination. An aspiring candidate has to undergo a 35 hours of training on Project management. The PMP training program is delivery in reference to the PMBOK –Fifth Edition (Official manual from the PMI). The PMP training includes 5 process groups and 10 knowledge areas.

The 4 days instructor led classroom training or 8 Days instructor led live online trainin with Practice questions and the practical knowledge, which you will gain during the training will boost up your knowledge and confidence in clearing the exam.

The PMP training covers full syllabus including the five stages of project management technique i.e. planning, initiating, executing, controlling and delivering the project. This training enhances the skills and expertise of project managers in handling complex project with more ease.
The training will be completed in 4 or 8 days, after which we will provide you the 35 hours certificate to write the exam. We will provide you all the training materials needed for your training.

Eligibility:

PMP Training Eligibility Criteria is -

For Bachelor or equivalent degree:
The candidate should have minimum of 3 years (4500 hours) of experience under projects.

For Diploma or equivalent:
The candidate should have minimum of 5 years (7500 hours) of experience under projects.
The Projects should be non-over lapping.
