With experience in corporate culture, training development, and process optimization, Elise provides actionable insight to company leaders on both strategy and implementation.

Elise has a special interest in making internships more accessible to college students and more turn-key for companies to build. She has helped over 800 students find meaningful internship experiences through a process of building and leveraging a strong network of mentors and advocates. She has also worked with companies to design effective internship programs that drive a positive ROI.
