The Blue Water Swim School operates out of Mater Dei Aquatic Center
(MDAC), which was constructed in 2012, is a modern competitive facility with depths ranging from the designated as shallow water instruction area to a 14 lane, 7 foot deep competitive race area.
MDAC is designed with overflow gutters to reduce wave impact and the water temperature is constantly kept at a warm 80 - 85 Degrees Fahrenheit.
The MDAC was designed with instruction in mind, but also hosts competitive events for High School Swimming and Water Polo, USA swimming and other competitions such as, the South Bay and Mesa League Swim Championships and the US / Mexico International
Friendship Games.
Mater Dei Catholic High School construction was completed in 2005,
and offers a comprehensive academic and athletic program. With a new 50
acre campus, integrated technology and campus wide Wi-Fi, MDAC offers
parents and students a comfortable setting for everyone.
