What you'll learn in this pole dancing class:
Are you booty challenged, or just want to add a little something extra to your pole dance or night out at the club? Add a little "twerk" to your routine with a little help from Misty.
This class will cover:
Note: To get the most out of this class, we highly recommend wearing very short shorts to be able to see exactly how things are "moving". It is extremely difficult for beginners to learn how to shake it in pants (unless they are printed leggings). Also, a lot of work will be done on the bare floor, so knee pads are STRONGLY recommended. We will work barefoot in this class, but you are welcome to bring heels to practice in.
This class will cover:
- Getting "loose"
- Beginner booty pops and shakes- standing and sitting
- Standing up and taking it low
- Basic booty shimmies- standing and sitting
- Thigh shakes- standing and lying down
- Hip and Booty isolations
- Pole transitions with booty shakes
- Music selection
Note: To get the most out of this class, we highly recommend wearing very short shorts to be able to see exactly how things are "moving".
