RESCHEDULES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Students who wish to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE the Class for ANY REASON must do so AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR to the start of the Class to receive a full refund or reschedule, through [email protected]
The School reserves the right to cancel the Class due to unforeseen circumstances. If a cancellation occurs, students will be notified and receive a full refund.
MAKE-UPS FOR MULTI-SESSION CLASSES
Multi-session Classes include more than one Session for the Class, where the dates of the specific Sessions are listed in the course description of the Class (for example, on Tuesdays from 6-9pm for four weeks).
If a specific Session of a Class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, a Make-up Session for the group of students in the Class will be arranged.
If an individual student cannot attend the scheduled Make-up Session for the group, that individual student will receive a refund for that Session.
Students who miss a Session of a Class on their own accord for ANY REASON will not receive a refund.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
