Description Cancellation Policy

Description

Led by Madi from Touchstone Ceramics, participants will explore carving, mark-making and underglaze painting to personalize a custom set of two clay tiles of their own. The finished tiles will be bisque and glaze-fired for the participant with a transparent final coat of glaze. Finished tiles can be used as coasters, installation, or decor and will be available for pick up or shipped upon request 3-4 weeks after the class.

Refund Policy

You may cancel for a refund up to 21 days before the workshop. After that, workshop fees are not refundable or transferable.

We reserve the right cancel or reschedule a workshop with fewer than 4 sign ups. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a refund.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
