What you'll learn in this mexican cooking class:

It’s green chile season in Colorado! Let’s make the most of it!

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to taste, roast, peel and work with different chiles, then we will cook up a batch of both New Mexican Green Chile Sauce and Denver Pork Green Chile Stew.

While our chile is cooking, you’ll learn how to make the best chile rellenos three ways- soft, baked and in a casserole. We’ll start with a base recipe then you can customize each one to your own taste.

You’ll leave well fed, with chile to take home, smartphone accessible recipes, and the confidence to dazzle your friends and family with your new green chile and chile rellenos making skills.
