Bread Baking
Chelly was amazing--so easy to chat with and so knowledgeable about baking. And, it is SO much bread. We are looking for more classes to take and anxious for her to be able to teach in-person classes someday. We would highly recommend this course. -
Bread Baking
Best cooking/ baking class I've ever taken! Shelly was so knowledgeable and provided so many tips and tricks for making successful yeast breads - we all felt like we were in very good hands, and completely enjoyed the experience. And the bread is delicious! The timing of the class was perfect. I definitely want to take more classes at The Good Food Project. A-plus all around. -

Sourdough Bread
What a great class! I bake sourdough regularly because I have IR. I learned so many tips and tricks. I recommend the class for any level of baker!! Very clear and well designed class, so that you are able to work through EVERY step. Chilly puts a great deal of prep work in to have each step prepped to a point so you see the entire process and have one baked to take home and you you will bake at home. Thank you!
