​The Good Food Project was created because we believe that the best thing people can do to improve their health, their finances, and their overall well being, both for themselves and for those they love, is to learn to cook.

We have become a culture where it is more convenient not to cook, and no longer find the time to sit together, linger and talk over a good meal we’ve prepared.

At The Good Food Project, our work is dedicated to keeping the ritual of breaking bread together alive, by teaching people to slow down and to embrace and enjoy the process of learning to cook real food.

THE GOOD FOOD PROJECT IS…

Dedicated to helping you improve your confidence in the kitchen, in a fun and accessible way. 

Our hands-on classes will teach you the cooking skills you need to recreate, fearlessly customize and make each dish your own. 

With classes ranging from baking bread to creating handmade pasta & sauces to piping French macarons, you can always find something delicious on the menu.

Had a blast at this class. Great group of people, Chelly is very welcoming and friendly. The Enterprise Coworking kitchen is a lovely space. My only complaints would be not having enough equipment, having to wait to share measuring spoons, scale, and ingredients; and not having ingredients labeled (causing people to use wrong kind of flour, sugar instead of salt, etc). Despite these frustrations, loved making bread and spending time with the group. Looking forward to another class!

The only reason I did not rate it as a five was because some of the kitchen tools were hard to use. Sifters would have been nice as opposed to a sieve, the whisk available to me was too heavy and there was only one beater for eight people. Otherwise, fantastic class.

Class was great introduction to bread baking. Great hands-on and lots of variety. Would be helpful for facility to have more than 1 oven to accommodate baking needs.

Chelly is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic teacher with a passion for her craft and the patience of a saint. I learned how to cook easy to make healthy meals that I would never have tried to make on my own if not for her class. Many laughs and unforgettable moments to boot.
