What you'll learn in this woodworking class:

Okay, so remember how last holiday season you were racking your brain, trying to figure out what to get so-and-so, and whatshisname? Take this workshop and level-up your gift giving skills. Learn the gorgeous art of pyrography from Southern California artist, Emily Carr of The Blonde Moose.

She'll guide you through choosing the best doodles to immortalize on to wood, as well as tips and tricks to improve your illustrations. Don't worry if you don't feel especially artsy Emily will have a couple of templates that you can totally copy.

In this workshop she’ll cover:
  • Choosing or creating illustrations for wood burning.
  • Learn the techniques used to create beautiful wood burned pieces.
  • Safety and best practices.
Supply Fee: $12 per person supply fee will payable to the instructor at the start of the workshop.

Location instructions: We are located inside the "Community" shopping center with plenty of free parking. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your workshop to sign-in and find your seat.

Refund Policy
We require notification of cancellation 1 week prior to scheduled date for a refund. Less than 1 week notification will receive studio credit to be applied toward a future class, and notification less than 48 hours from scheduled date will receive no credit.

Some workshops require a minimum number of registered students. If we don't meet that minimum, we will contact you at least 48 hours in advance and will offer you your choice of a full refund or studio credit.
