Aubrey Slye

Born in Georgia, Aubrey moved to Houston in 2006, after marrying a Houston native. She graduated from Georgia Tech, and worked in advertising and pharmaceutical sales for seven years before becoming a full-time mom. DEFINE not only helped her lose inches, but also helped to strengthen her core, increase her stamina and flexibility, along with improving her balance. Being an instructor allows Aubrey to share her passion, overall wellness through balance. In our busy lives, it can be a challenge to make time for ourselves, and coming to DEFINE is a guarantee to give yourself that time.
