Description

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the fundamentals of making authentic sushi from scratch. Join Chef Melissa as she walks you through the preparation of various sushi dishes while sharing insights into Japanese culinary traditions and knife techniques.

The class kicks off with making salmon sushi tacos, followed by perfecting your knife skills to slice fish for nigiri and rolling maki sushi.

Guests are invited to bring wine or beer to enjoy throughout the class.

Salmon Sushi Taco
Prepared with rice and nori (seaweed).

Assorted Maki
Made with raw fish, spicy ahi tuna, vegetables, and rice.
