In this class, you’ll start by preparing a warm, comforting bowl of miso soup. Then, you’ll create both hand rolls (temaki) and inside-out rolls (uramaki) using gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free ingredients. Begin by making a savory shrimp tempura hand roll, followed by a unique sweet potato hand roll. Finally, finish the class by crafting a delicious spicy tuna roll.
