What you'll learn in this sushi making class:

In this class, you will learn how to choose the fish, filet the fish, and make Nigiri. You need to know how to cook perfect rice to be able to take this class. We will not review any basic skills.

Note: Wear closed toe shoes and clothes that can get dirty. Bring bento boxes (take out containers) to take food home.
