Class Description

Description

What you'll learn in this public speaking class:

You'll get in front of the room speaking and polish your speaking skills by practicing the best public speaking strategies and techniques.

In today's marketplace, you need to know how to present yourself effectively in front of others (co-workers, top executives, potential clients and individuals you are trying to influence). If you want to skyrocket your career, credibility and confidence, this public speaking class will help you polish and advance your speaking skills.

This training is NOT a lecture. In this 4-hour workshop, you’ll build a strong speaking foundation, explore new powerful presentation techniques, and venture out of your comfort zone toward public speaking success.

You'll be taught by Kit Pang, Founder of BostonSpeaks, a 3 Time TEDx Speaker Coach and a Harvard Business School Public Speaking Coach

In a nutshell, this class will be split into these two main parts:

1) Style & Delivery (Mindset, Manner, Medium), you'll discover how to deal with anxiety and create a stronger executive presence and style. This is where we'll touch upon topics such as filler words, speaking too fast, trembling voice, or managing your nerves.

2) Content (Mission, Map, Matter), learn how to make your content engaging and convincing. This is where we'll touch upon topics such as impromptu speaking, how to start your talk strong, organization, or how to make technical topics less boring.
