Aerial Silks 103

This intermediate level class is for students who already know challenging silk poses, wraps, and climbing. Now you will begin building combinations, perfecting your technique and be introduced to exhilarating drops.

Example moves include: knee hook, crochet climbing, straddle climbing, ankle hangs, thigh wraps, hip lock roll up, thigh lock caged bird/sailboat to cocoon, slack drops, front dive drops and more!

Prerequisite

• Aerial Silks 103 is ideal for students who have taken several Silks 102 classes and are comfortable with all moves in that class. Please consult your instructor before advancing to the next level. We encourage students to move through class levels at their own pace. Take your time - it's a fitness journey!

Attire:

• leggings/fitted pants, tank/t-shirt, barefoot
• Do not wear jewelry, belts, velcro, zippers, lotion or oils

Bring to Class:

• Yoga mat, bottle of water, hand towel and your workout attire (if you plan on changing clothes at the studio)

Important Things to Note:

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your class to sign-in and change clothes
