Fully Funded Camps Cancellation Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued for remaining balance minus non-refundable deposit ($100 for camps or $25 for single or half-day camps) & 10% fee.

Please be on time to pick up your child. After 3:15pm parents pay for after care at $20.00/day. Camp ends at 5:00pm – there is a $1.00/minute charge after 5pm pick ups; payable at pick up on late days.

Change Requests for other program dates must be received in writing (via email to [email protected]) at least 8 business days prior to your original program’s start date. All changes are subject to availability.

• Changes to a program incur a $15 Administrative change fee.
• Registrations and fees are non-transferable to other accounts.
• We do not prorate or refund tuition for days missed due to illness or injury.
• Early bird special rates are forfeited upon request to transfer.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
