8 week group training class with flexibility exercises that build upon the 9a Wednesday Yoga Class. You must either have a YMCA facility or free program membership to register for programs.
This Level is for people brand new to yoga. You will receive detailed instruction on - how to do basic yoga poses - breathing exercises - basic meditation skills - how to become aware of your range of motion - how to work within your range of motion.
