PoliciesPrice Match GuaranteeIf you find a similar event with a competitor at a lower price, we’ll gladly match it. This applies to events of comparable description and duration. Simply provide the details when booking, or within 72 hours of your booking, and we’ll ensure you get the best value. Contact an event concierge to get started. Cancellation PolicyBookings are non-refundable – but they may be transferred to another group prior to your scheduled event, subject to the requirements outlined below. If you need to change your date, please provide as much notice as possible — ideally at least one week. If you want to give your rebooking credit to another group, we will honor that. We ask that, if you need to rebook, you do so within one year of the original booking. Rebooking or Transfer Notice Requirements: If you request to postpone or transfer your event with fewer than 72 hours’ notice, a rebooking premium of $150 per 20 participants will apply, calculated proportionally (e.g., $225 for 30 participants, $300 for 40, etc.). A minimum fee of $150 will apply for groups smaller than 20 participants. Participants may be added to your booking at any time prior to the event. Additional charges will apply based on the current rate per participant, due before the event begins. We plan and staff our events based on the confirmed participant count provided in advance, so all final numbers must be established prior to the event. We do not conduct headcounts on-site or adjust the final cost based on actual attendance. Once an event has taken place, no portion of the booking is transferrable or eligible for future credit. Outdoor events may be moved indoors for any reason, including inclement weather, pending availability. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any change of hunt selection. If a museum hunt is selected, museum admission is sold separately. In the event of a force majeure — such as a public transportation shutdown, city-wide emergency, or government-issued order advising people to stay home — your event will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed future date. |

Explore Rockefeller Center's twentieth-century architecture, art and engineering through a team scavenger hunt that goes beyond the skating rink and Prometheus statue.
During our Treasures of Rockefeller Center scavenger hunt, teams traverse the plazas, lobbies, underground concourses, and pedestrian passages of this extraordinary complex, uncovering the stories behind Radio City Music Hall, 30 Rock, NBC Studios, the Channel Gardens, and much more. Every mural tells a story. Every sculpture has a history. And most of them are completely overlooked by the millions of people who pass by each year.
Your adventure begins on the Avenue of the Americas. In a race against the clock and other teams, you will:
- Discover a sunken plaza containing a remarkable triangle that tracks the sun's movements during equinoxes and solstices, surrounded by the four symbolic Aspects of Mankind
- Study the exterior artworks of Radio City Music Hall, including Hildreth Meiere's magnificent bas-relief panels depicting Dance, Drama, and Song
- Meet the Greek Titans Prometheus and Atlas, and learn about the artists and foundries behind both iconic sculptures
- Examine the elaborately carved entrances to the British Empire Building and La Maison Francaise
- Uncover the vision of John D. Rockefeller and the remarkable story of how the Center came to be built
- Venture into St. Patrick's Cathedral to investigate the secrets of its grand entrance and architectural program
This is a game of strategy, collaboration, and communication in which teams decode clues, solve puzzles, and outmaneuver their rivals.
Booking: select your date, time, and participant count. We handle everything from there, sending a confirmation and invoice to lock your spot on the calendar.
Before the hunt, our staff connects with your group leader to confirm all logistics. On the day, we are at the starting point, ready to welcome your group, form teams, and launch the competition. Our staff remains on hand throughout for guidance and assistance.
As the hunt concludes, teams gather at the endpoint for scoring and winner announcements. Prizes await the winning team, and we remain available to discuss the clues and answer any questions from the adventure.
Here is what to expect on the day of your hunt, including the rules your teams will follow:
- Teams must remain together at all times - no splitting up.
- Bold words in the clues indicate exactly where to look for answers.
- The hunt has a two-hour maximum runtime; teams that finish ahead of schedule can wrap up early.
- Teams choose their own route and can complete clues in any sequence.
- Several photo and video challenges must be completed with team phones and are scored at the conclusion.
- The team with the most points wins. In case of a tie, order of arrival at the designated endpoint is the deciding factor.
- The phrase puzzle on the final page is essential - do not overlook it.
- Searching online is not a winning strategy here.
