What you'll learn in this sushi making class:

Do you want to host a sushi making party at home? Come learn how to make beautiful and delicious sushi in your kitchen! Chef Kanako will walk you through each step, from choosing the right tools and ingredients to various cooking techniques and serving for maximum enjoyment. You will learn how to make sushi rice, sushi vinegar and a variety of sushi styles including sushi rolls, temari zushi (small ball shaped sushi), and traditional inarizushi (sweet sushi pockets).
