How it Works
Description
Feel your body lengthened, strengthened, aligned, and free to move! This Stretching & Alignment class incorporates various styles of increasing flexibility, including techniques used by dancers to expand your personal range of motion and prevent injury. Variations of exercises will be offered to help movers of all backgrounds and fitness levels safely challenge themselves.
Materials Needed to Fully Participate:
- Comfortable clothing
- Space to stretch
- Optional: Mat if working on a hard surface
General Notes
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
- For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
- You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
- Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.
Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.

Pay the minimum as a deposit at checkout & we'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your head count!
