Description
Take a workday break with Connect n' Stretch, a beverage-free class focused on alignment and mindful breathing. A certified instructor combines stretching with conversation.
These classes are typically shorter than our other yoga offerings and are built for traditional teams who want a professional, restorative experience that fits comfortably into a working calendar.
What to bring to the experience:
- Yoga mat
- clothes you can move in
- and a beverage that makes you happy!
- For Virtual experiences, participants must have a second device handy to play music--(*We'll provide the playlist!)
What's included:
- Zoom link (Virtual)
- Custom music playlist via Spotify (each participant must have a second device, like a cellphone, to play music in their own space)
- E-Waiver
- Virtual prizes for game winners
Event itinerary:
- After your event has been booked, we'll send you all the info you need (like waivers n' playlists) to pass along to your community participants so everyone knows what they're in for.
- For in-person events, you'll provide us with your private event location so we know where to send our certified instructor!
- On the day of the event (aka "the best day ever"), your instructor will arrive early to set the uplifting tone for your yoga party.
- The first 15-ish minutes allow for late-comers + a lil' mix n' mingling. Then, your teacher will bring everyone to their mats to go over rules, safety, and of course, your class "drinking games."
- Expect the entire experience to be cheeky, interactive, and playful, with just a hint of blissful introspection at the end before our final "cheers!"
