What are your preconceived ideas about meditation? Let's shatter them by introducing formal and informal mindfulness meditation techniques that can be used at the office or at home when working remotely. Rather than asking your team to change the way it adapts to everyday stresses, we will harness their everyday operations as the tools to develop mindfulness, reduce stress, and generate more productivity. 

This 30 or 60-minute event Includes breathwork and light stretching for all levels. No special equipment or experience is required. We end with a discussion of how these techniques can be applied to everyday situations the team faces collectively.

Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
