We had a great time! This was a perfect team-building workshop for our PE team -- interactive, fun, and delicious. Christine was lovely, knowledgeable, and kept us on track: who knew there were so many steps in crafting fettucine from scratch. I had wine delivered, and Christine set up the bottles before we arrived. We then ate our creations together. The space is large and welcoming (and smells of cupcakes and butter cream, yum). Highly recommend for a team building exercise. -

You can use any part of my quote above about our experience. Terrific!! We tried to book a similar event with a different company, and it was too difficult and they never confirmed us. Their customer service was lagging behind and we were almost left without a holiday event to do. But we found this class, and the experience was completely different! This event team got back to us and helped us confirm ASAP and answered every email immediately. It was super helpful when planning for a large group. The place (NY Cake Academy) was SO cute and our instructor was SO nice and so helpful. I've made fresh pasta one other time before and it was not as easy. This time it was a much different experience - our instructor was clear with simple instructions, and she made sure everyone got it right. We then had plenty of time to eat and were not rushed out at all which was really nice. It was all super cute with lots of laughs - "instagrammable" even - but also fun and informative at the same time. I can actually use what I learned because our instructor made it so clear and easy to do. We all had a great time and I'd 10/10 return. -

It was awesome!! We loved it (and btw we are event people. We work for the largest tradeshow company on the planet so we are tough customers.) We had a wonderful time. Loved the Chef who taught the class as well. Food was delicious. It was super fun. Our pictures are so cute.
