Start with a charcuterie board and welcome drink in a modern, spacious kitchen. An expert chef teaches you to make pasta dough, shape pasta and prepare a complementary sauce as teams compete in several challenges.

Afterward, sit down to an Italian dinner and enjoy what you made.

Event Itinerary:

This experience includes the following itinerary:
Welcome (30 minutes): Enjoy a welcome drink and a charcuterie board with a selection of our fresh meats and cheeses
Pasta Competition (1 hour): The most engaging and fun part of this experience takes place in our modern and bright kitchen. Participants will learn how to make pasta from scratch with a competitive twist. They will be split into teams and compete against each other.
Pasta Dough (1st step): The chef demonstrates, and participants make their own dough. Points are awarded for cleanliness.
Making Sauce (2nd step): The chef demonstrates sauce preparation, where participants engage collectively.
Pasta Shaping (3rd step): Speed competition to shape cavatelli; points are awarded for quantity and quality.
Creative Pasta Shapes (4th step): Teams invent and present unique pasta shapes and their stories. Points are awarded based on creativity, functionality, and storytelling.
Break (15 minutes): Relax while the pasta you created is prepared.
Dinner (45 minutes): Enjoy the pasta creations together in our beautiful space.
