Description

Learn to make handmade dumplings at home.

Make pan-fried Chinese dumplings with traditional or creative fillings. Experiment with meats, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, and spices, and practice detailed folds. Try tomatillo vinaigrette or bruschetta salsa as dipping sauces.

No cooking experience is needed. Equipment and ingredients are provided and can be found at local markets for home use. Join each step, or observe, assist, and taste in this casual workshop.
