How it Works
Description
Dumplings are one of the biggest trends in restaurants and home kitchens. Since some are more threatening to your waistline (& health!) than others, in this class students will learn to make their own with a focus on ways to indulge in the dumpling trend while taking advantage of more healthful ingredients and benefits of these crescents of culinary heaven.
Attendees will work in groups of 2-4. Dumplings will be made on the spot and served with stir-fried Chinese veggies and brown rice.
At the end of this event your group will sit down together and eat their delectable self-cooked meals.
