Make homemade pasta with a chef, learning fresh dough preparation and pasta-making techniques.

In this hands-on class, you will learn to make your own pasta dough from scratch, shape it into different pasta forms, and experiment with seasonal flavors that make each session slightly different from the last. Every student leaves having tasted their own creation in two distinct seasonal preparations.
