Description

What you'll learn in this yoga class:

Join Erica Cooley-Faulk twice monthly, for a restorative, Zen flight class to align with the Full Moon and New Moon. Each class, we will discuss the astrological placement the moon cycle, flow through a low, yin style aerial flow to find alignment and grounding, and conclude each class with an extended savasana accompanied by a sound bath with time for journaling and reflection to follow.

Beginner class/No aerial yoga experience required. We recommend bringing a journal, yoga mat, blanket or other cozy items for the sound bath portion of class. Check the schedule each month for the date/time of each new moon and full moon class!

Refund Policy

Cancel within 1 business day. Refunds not available but credits are transferrable.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
