Intro to Play Flight | Level 3

Let's learn to PLAY! This class is fun and playful while staying accessible for those not quite ready for a level 3 Play class. We'll combine strength, flexibility and artistry for a challenging and invigorating class. In addition to exploring movement combinations, you'll learn wraps and other foundational aerial Play elements.

If your goal is to reach our level 3 Advanced Play Flight (and to be comfortable exploring more challenging sequences), this is the class for you!

Heads up! This is an intermediate/advanced level class with a focus on tricks, transitions, and conditioning. This is a level 2.5 class and is not suitable for beginners.

Prerequisites:

• At least 5-10 Flow Flight and/or Flexibility Flight classes
• Comfortable inverting independently
• Comfortable standing up in the fabric
• Able to pull up to a floating straddle
• Able to rest in a hip hang

MATS, HAMMOCKS & PROPS: For your comfort, you are welcome to bring a mat or your own hammock to any of our classes but our floors are soft and don't require a mat to feel comfy.
