Elevate your pizza-making skills and impress your friends and family with your newfound culinary expertise.
Want to learn to make pizza like a pro? In this class you will learn the history, prep and construction of the iconic Neapolitan pizza. Mix, form and top your own pizza dough to create a delicious Italian pie that you can easily recreate in your own home.
Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make dough, how to choose the right flour, basic kneading techniques and how to achieve the perfect crust. You will also make one ball of dough to take home.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in .
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
