Description

Escape to the bustling streets of exciting Barcelona while exploring the world of Spanish Tapas! In this energetic and interactive class, you will learn how to master three delicious tapas recipes. Our Chef Instructor will enlighten you on the background of Tapas culture, before taking you through a detailed demonstration of how to construct each of the dishes. You will then be guided step-by-step in how to make Tortilla Espanola (Spanish Omelette), Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp), and Albóndigas (Spanish Meatballs). After creating your Spanish masterpieces, you will have time to sit down with a glass of wine and eat your Tapas creations to your hearts content!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 min early to find parking, check in and settle in. BYOB is allowed

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
