Description
What you'll learn in this baking class:
French tarts are an intricate part of France's baking scene.
In this immersive and hands-on class, you will learn tips and techniques for creating your own French patisserie to bring to any dinner party. Specifically you will learn how to make sweet pastry, silky custard and how to compose a modern mosaic design. Then you will garnish the tart with chocolate, sweets, flowers and meringue to add the finishing touch.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.
Refund Policy
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
