Kara’s heart for service and community has continually led her to see the beauty in life’s experiences. After stumbling into her first yoga class in 2010 at Pranayoga in her home state of Indiana, she instantly discovered this was much more than just an exercise. After diving into a daily practice, she soon began to notice both subtle and dynamic changes in her life and body.

After completing her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training under Dani McGuire at Pranayoga in 2011, she carries this love of beauty, breath, and community into each of her life-giving classes. Utilizing peaceful flows and sacred awareness, a class with Kara brings forth the experience of connecting to the Divine light within each of us.
