Liberation Yoga exists for the sole purpose of creating unity. By the very nature of its definition, yoga means “to bring together.” This inspires and informs how we teach and how we practice. Through the lens of the heart, the movement of asana and the study of yoga’s principles, we bring the body and mind into greater union.  

Supporting you in your personal Liberation is our great privilege. While our talented instructors may differ in their method of instruction, we are tied together in an unwavering belief in your evolution.

Leading the studio is Raquel, who creates a practice that brings to life the holistic and healing nature of yoga. Raquel’s belief that this approach, coupled with her background in Zen Buddhism has allowed her to find a natural synergy between yoga and an inner connection. Her teaching style integrates real-life experience and the science and philosophy of Vinyasa yoga; enhancing a mental, physical and spiritual context for your body and mind in the world.
