Introduction to Ballet

This Ballet 101 class will teach you everything you need to know about the basic structure of a ballet class, including stance, foot and arm positions, and common movements. 

After a few spins around the studio, even the complete novice will be comfortable advancing into the Beginner Ballet class, conveniently scheduled at the same time.

Important Thing to Note:
Wear athletic apparel that’s comfortable for you. Ballet slippers are recommended, but socks may be worn instead.
