What you'll learn in this spanish cooking class:

Spanish Tortilla, AKA Tortilla Espanola, is Spanish comfort food at its finest. Made with a few pantry ingredients and a little bit of inspiration, your tortilla is equally delicious served hot or cold and could be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, tapas or just as a snack, straight out of the fridge.

Come learn to master the art of the Spanish Tortilla. We’ll start by tasting an authentic Tortilla, learn a little about the Spanish tapas culture, and then we’ll get cooking.

You’ll learn to prep, cook, customize, and most importantly, flip your Spanish Tortilla like a pro.

You’ll leave with 6 very different slices of Spanish Tortilla, recipes and the knowledge to confidently make, flip and enjoy Spanish Tortilla in your own kitchen.
