Class Description
Description
Learn how to make authentic, fresh handmade pasta in different shapes and sizes in this hands-on pasta workshop. We’ll discuss ingredients, flours, fillings and sauces, and you’ll learn to “match” pasta shapes with the right sauce.
Then you’ll knead, roll and cut your own pasta, and we’ll experiment with colored and shape filled pastas, like ravioli, tortellini and agnolotti.
You’ll leave with an assortment of pastas that you made by hand, recipes, sauces and the confidence to make pasta at home anytime
This is a virtual class held on Zoom. Log-in info, and an ingredient and supply list will be sent after registration
Note:
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions prior to class and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please wear closed toed shoes and tie up long hair.
Refund Policy
