What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

Cookbook author, Sommelier and International Chef Suzanne just returned from Cuba with a suitcase full of new-inspired recipes where she cooked with the locals and celebrity chefs. Chef Suzanne organizes Tours to Cuba to let you discover Authentic Cuba, its food, history and culture. 

Cuban cuisine is a blend of Native American Taino food, Spanish, African and Carribean cuisines. Some Cuban recipes share spices and techniques with Spanish and African cooking, with some Carribean influence in spice and flavor. Join us for a Cuban Fiesta of Ropa Vieja (the national dish of Cuba, a flavorful Beefstew) with Arroz Moro (Blacj Beans Mixed with White Rice), Yuca con Mojo (Marinated Yucca root in garlic, lime and olive oil) and for dessert Flan de Coco y Ron (Cuban Coconut Rum Flan).
