Curtis R. Harrington II is a founding partner of Farmer Purcell White & Lassiter, PLLC; his practices focuses on working with individuals and small businesses in the areas of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, alcoholic beverage law and licensing, contract negotiation, business formation, personal injury and toxic tort actions, debt restructuring, and both routine and complex entertainment-related matters, such as copyright registration, infringement, copyright recapturing, trademark, licensing, negotiation of recording agreements, media appearance agreements, management agreements, and publishing deals.
Ryan Levy
Ryan Levy focuses on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patent litigation. He has represented international and domestic companies as both plaintiff and defendant in matters involving chemical formulations and related properties; large-scale industrial equipment; processes for roadway design; automotive equipment; and various software ranging from web-based protocols to automated detection systems.
Gary Montle
Gary Montle has been with Patterson Intellectual Property Law since 2008 and focuses his practice on the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He advises clients throughout each stage of the process for patent, trademark and copyright issues, including strategic portfolio development, scope of protection, licensing and enforcement.
Prior to joining Patterson Intellectual Property Law, Mr. Montle worked in the manufacturing industry as a field service engineer at Beta Lasermike Inc., out of offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Miami, Florida.
