Mandy also teaches Circuits & Core at Blooma, drawing on her Spin and Sculpt training. Mandy enjoys incorporating various yoga styles into her classes, including Vinyasa, Power, the Tibetan Rites and Iyengar. Mandy was featured as a Lululemon in-store guest instructor fall of 2012 (Hill Center Green Hills in TN) and is proud to be an ambassador for Jade Yoga Mats and Funky Yoga apparel.

Mandy is a RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance. She has completed the Blooma Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Level I. She also holds an Indoor Cycling certification through Mad Dogg Athletics and is certified to lead group exercise, bootcamp, and sculpting classes.
